Those small circle objects are the mak-chang. The grill pan is slant downward 
to drain all mak-chang's lard.
The big white sliced circle object is potato. Place mak-chang on top position 
of the grill so the lard oil can fry up surface of potato. 



Seperate ring onion like the picture above, 
Then place in garic into the ring. 💕

Apply the method using lard oil to cook chive


This is called perilla leaf. Korean people loves to wrap anything in it with meat. If you never tasted this before, 
I do not recommend you to try it.

I added fried rice after clean up mak-chang.
